Meet David
Helping others has been second nature to me from a young age, growing up with a nurse as a mother and often caring for my older sister with special needs. However, I did not initially follow a career path related to helping others. Instead, I pursued a degree in international business and worked in the corporate world. I soon realized I wasn’t being true to myself. Thankfully, I charted a new path, placing others in need at the heart of my career.
With over 25 years of experience, I’m deeply committed to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive. I moved abroad nearly two decades ago, and my work in international schools across four countries deepened my understanding of the cultural nuances and transitions faced by expats. Inspired by their experiences as well as my own, I created Letiecq Coaching, Counseling & Consulting to intentionally serve the expat community and to make a positive impact in the lives of clients.
My unique combination of clinical and coaching skills, my comprehensive and holistic approach to empowering others, and my longtime expat experience set me apart. I integrate coaching and counseling as well as expertise in human development and behavior, relationship-building, strategic planning and change management into all of my services. This allows me to offer tailored, authentic support that meets the diverse needs of our expat clients.
